Gluten Free Pizza Base (Purchased at Whole Foods. Made by Amisa. Two bases per pack).
1) Unwrap base and smear tomatoes puree on base.
2) Top with favourites (My pizza included Danish Salami, Mushrooms, Olives, Goats soft Cheddar Cheese (Waitrose Counter) & Snofrisk Goats Cheese (Waitrose Counter).
3) Heat in Oven at 180 Degrees Centigrade for 10 to 12 minutes.
Very tasty pizza. The base is soft and doughy with some crunch. The Goats Cheddar Cheese melted really well and I found shavings of Snofrisk (with potatoe peeler) added to the depths of flavour.
Toppings can be changed for personal use!?
