Gluten Free Pasta Bake
Similar to a lasagne (but without any tomatoes!)
1) Prepare the meaty filling (with minced beef or pork, seasoning and leeks).
2) Make white sauce using Soya Milk and cornflower to make a roux, then adding diary-free cheese substitute for added flavour.
3) Part-boil pasta sheets so they are soft and layer the mix in a large wide dish. Top with grated goats cheese.
4) Bake in oven for 20- 30 minutes at 200 Degree Centigrade and serve hot.
Suitable for freezing. Could add chilli powder for added kick and bite.
