Easy spicy recipe which is easy to make at home. Purchased from Holland & Barrett Health Stores (Earls Court).
Really tasty with a sharp spicy aftertaste. My pan may have been too hot, hence the darker finish but this didn’t spoil the flavours!
Empty the contents in a bowl and add 220ml of hot water and mix.
Leave to cool and form in patties (I found it useful to make into a sausage within Clingfilm and then cutting into equal sized pieces before flattening out)
Heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil in pan and shallow fry for 10 minutes. Turn once .
Reviewing the ingredients and found it is largely dried potato with some spices: something I probably could do myself so sorry Simon Rimmer (Celebrity Chef).
