Trying to find the best breed bread and this was a pleasant loaf. It did last better than some other rival breads in not splitting apart, it tasted light and airy, and it was novel to have an old-fashioned loaf which I had to slice myself!
Tasty with a good helping of poppy seeds to provide interest in every bite!
