1) Beat pork with rolling pin, in-between a sheet of Clingfilm. Return to fridge and leave for 15 minutes.
2) Coat the pork in the Gluten Free flour. then into the Egg Replacer before coating in Gluten Free breadcrumbs.
3) Fry in hot oil until the crumbs are golden brown (4 minutes each side) and then place in oven for around 20 minutes 200 degrees Centigrade.
Really crunchy crumbs which takes moments to prepare and quick to cook.
