A Simple lunch:
Spread tomato puree and sweet corn relish across the base. Add sliced meat (Wiltshire Ham), cheese (sliced mozzarella and crumbled Feta) and other toppings (green Spanish Olives and some oregano).
Bake in oven for 15- 20 minutes until the cheese has melted and mushed across the pizza. This base was tasty and had no sweet after-taste. It was cooked on an oven tray although it stayed quite soft and didn’t get “thin and crispy” as some pizzas are! Purchased from Asda as part of their “Free From” range in packs of two.
