Using the Yorkshire Pudding Mix, adding (soya) milk and egg Replacement to make up the batter. Letting it sit for 15 minutes (which was probably only 5 minutes for me, which is why it didn’t rise as much as it should have!). And adding to the sausages and oil, heated in the oven for 15 minutes and cooked for a further 30 minutes.
Not a great first attempt as I didn’t leave the batter hence, it didn’t have the chance to settle and thicken. Anyhow, it was very tasty with crunchy batter around the sides of the baking tray. (The middle was just a little mushy!) Have to try it again!
