Product Review: “Made without Wheat” Fruit Bread (by M&S)

M&S Fruit Loaf

Found at my M&S Food Hall, Fulham.  http://www.marksandspencer.com

This smelt like tea cakes and was beautiful lightly toasted so the butter just started to soften. It had a good texture which didn’t crack- even after a few days in the cupboard. There was a good amount of soft fruit in the bread and just like tea cakes, it had a sweet sticky crust.
