Takes a few minutes to enjoy these bagels as they have to be toasted (and not eaten raw!). They were light and airy, have a good texture which stayed together even after toasting. A hint of cinnamon comes through but it is quite a light flavour along with juicy raisins, although there aren’t enough of them! I’ve really enjoyed the GLUTEN FREE bagels just with some butter on.
