Bread Rolls /Butter /2 crushed Garlic cloves /dried parsley

For nutritional information and purchase details:

Shame my local Co-Operative shop does not stock any of the Free From range. It is quite a good selection but not universally available yet:

  1. Make Garlic Butter: Using a fork to soften the butter and crush  2 cloves are garlic into the butter and mix. Add dried parsley and wrap in clingfilm. Place in fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Take out of fridge and slice. Add onto uncooked bread and wrap in tinfoil.
  3. Place in oven (as per bread instructions) and enjoy when cooked.

Garlic Bread Ciabatta

The bread needs to be cooked and is purchased in packs of 2. These are small loaves which are perfectly sized as an accompaniment to a main dish (such as a GLUTEN FREE pasta).

A lovely crunchy bread flavoured with fresh garlic. The bread taste light and is largely made up of  tapioca starch (19%), rice flour (15%) and potato starch (10%). The butter melts well into the Ciabatta without reducing the crunchiness of the edges and the parsley provides another hint of flavour. Of course, this was GLUTEN FREE and to make it completely DAIRY FREE, you could use a Sunflower Spread or alternative non-diary spread.
