Sold in packs of two inside a cardboard box in the freezer section. Cooks from frozen in the oven in the foil trays in 25 minutes.
A good short crust pastry pie with a lot of large meaty pieces. The pastry is a little too thin and I found the shape doesn’t keep together as it was hard to get it out of the foil tray as a complete sealed pie. The top split from the main body of pie and some of the filling bubbled through during the cooking. The meat was lean and not fatty and the wet gravy was well seasoned. They are of a good size although require accompanying dishes. Mine was served with new potatoes and vegetables.
