The white baguette requires heating in the oven for 5 – 6 minutes at 190 Degree Centigrade. And whilst heating, it does have a slight smell of fresh bread when you open the oven. It has a slight crunchy crust to the roll but the soft white fleshy bread keeps it’s shape and tastes light. It is a good size rather than the smaller regular Gluten Free bread rolls which are often on the shelves in packs of 4! This is a single large baguette and feeds one person!
I served mine with Gluten Free Sausages and fried onions for a lunch and was filled up. A great GLUTEN FREE bread!
