GF Pizza Base/ Half a Red Onion (Sliced)/ Cheese (Sheeps Feta)/ Squeeze of Tomato Purer/ Dried Mixed Herbs
This base is definitely thin and crispy but it was a little too crunchy on the edges. Whilst they burnt a little, the base was more like a biscuit than a doughy base. It comes in a pack of two and is a good size to have for a lunch (for one person).
Another similar pizza was made with some left-over Gammon. This was delicious although again, the edges of the pizza had crisped up too much to enjoy!
