Product Review: Quiche Lorraine (Gluten Free & Wheat Free) by DS-Gluten Free

DS Gluten Free Quiche

Purchased in Asda (Click & Collect from Roehampton, London).  In packs of 2, wrapped individually in cellophane and frozen. Require heating in oven for 22 to 25 minutes at 200 degree centigrade.

A really thin crisp pastry which was easy to lift out from the foil tray it was cooked in. The filling was moist and cheesy with a few pieces of meaty bacon. These are a little on the small size so for a light meal, some salad leaves or something is required to make it a full dish. I left it in the oven for 30 minutes as I wanted a darker colour to the pastry: which results in a tanned quiche. A great GLUTEN FREE quiche!
