Sausage Rolls Homemade

Really impressed with the frozen pastry. Yes, when you roll it out, you can see the layers of butter in the raw pastry which is reassuring. And from the end-product of my homemade sausage rolls, they turned out light and puffy. The sausage meat was tasty with the added flavour of the black-pudding (which was reviewed in a previous blog post as it is also GLUTEN FREE!). As an alternative, I may add some Haggis into my next series of Home made sausage rolls as I think this will add another dimension of flavour.

To store, rest in an air-tight container although these didn’t last that long as they were yummy!
