Recipe: Gluten Free Cheesey Garlic Bread (made with Newburn Bakehouse Gluten Free & Wheat Free Wraps)

Garlic Chessy bread

Ingredients:

Flat Bread Rolls /Butter /2 crushed Garlic cloves /dried parsley /grated cheese

Method:

  1. Make Garlic Butter: Using a fork to soften the butter and crush  2 cloves are garlic into the butter and mix. Add dried parsley and wrap in clingfilm. Place in fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Take out of fridge and spread onto flat bread (already cut into four equal pieces) Add grated cheese and lay out on oventray with tinfoil.
  3. Place in oven and cook for ten minutes in a moderate heat (180 Degree Centrigrade).
  4. Enjoy when cooked, the cheese has melted and the bread is a beautiful golden brown.

Results:

A really crunchy garlic bread which has the beautiful aroma of garlic and the softness of melted cheese. The bread will go really hard if you leave it too long in the oven but a simple, quick and easy GLUTEN FREE Garlic Bread.

To make it completely DAIRY FREE, you could use a Sunflower Spread or alternative non-diary spread. And if you like Red Onions, you could add these on top of the bread to add texture and flavour to the bread, (Only half an onion!) and replace the hard grated cheese with a soft goats cheese.
