Of course with Easter, there was chocolate but there was also GLUTEN FREE Hot Cross Buns in my Local Waitrose. In packs of four, they looked and felt just like the real thing. A little soft but firm, wrapped in cellophane packets in the “Free From” shelves. Once sliced and toasted, they have to be smothered in butter for a true indulgent treat. These are very fruity and yet light hot cross bums.
