A tasty cheese and tomato pizza, fresh from frozen, cooked in the oven. A nice crunchy base which is savoury and delicious with the melted stringy cheese and a warming tomato sauce. Certainly with the Rice Crust, it didn’t have a doughy bready taste and was quite a “lite” pizza. Next time, I shall add some additional toppings!
Found in the Freezer of my new local Fulham Wholefoods Market (http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/stores/Fulham ). Looking online, Amy’s Kitchen is a large American food producer with a huge range of GLUTEN FREE foods served in the States and Canada. Some of those lines have started to arrive in the UK and I am looking forward to trying Broccoli & Cheddar Bake (also a frozen dish by Amy’s Kitchen ) as this was awarded Runner Up in the 2014 FREEFROM Food Awards so it should be a good dish! http://www.freefromfoodawards.co.uk/winners-14/winners_all.html
