Loving GLUTEN FREE Chocolate Boxes: The Decadent Guide with Photographs, Allergen Information and Manufacturer Links: Updated April 2017…

With many NEW Chocolate Boxes available in the UK, it is time to update my Ultimate Guide on www.glutenfreePSD.wordpress.com which has been broken down into three separate guides for Chocolate Boxes: key Chocolate Producers Boxes, easily available Street Chocolate Boxes (including Marks & Spencer, Morrisons, Sainsburys & Tescos) and Decadent Chocolate Boxes (including Fortnum & Masons, Harrods and Selfridges).

This blog post includes…

  • Chocolate Boxes which are GLUTEN FREE or have NO GLUTEN CONTAINING Ingredients (and no warnings or “may contains”) as at March 2017.
  • Pictures of the items with ingredients shown for selective products (and typed out where it is particularly difficult to read the packaging).
  • Warnings have been highlighted from packaging.
  • The listings includes Decadent Chocolate Boxes from Fortnum & Masons, Harrods and Selfridges. (Harvey Nichols have a good selection of branded Chocolate Boxes but unfortunately, none with their own-label any more!)
  • Some of the Chocolate Boxes are SOYA FREE, EGG FREE, NO ADDED SUGAR and DAIRY FREE.
  • Links have been included: direct to manufacturer’s websites showing their ingredients listings and allergen information (where available).
  • It is accurate at the time of publishing (March 2017) but manufacturers do change their mixes so you should always read the labels before you put anything in your mouth and enjoy! It’s your own responsibility to remain GLUTEN FREE.
  • Updated 03/04/17 with additional 5 Harrods GLUTEN FREE Chocolate Boxes.
  • If you “Like” my Facebook page you will automatically receive new posts into your Facebook Newsfeed.

FORTNUM & MASONS:One of the UK’s top Department which is Her Majesty’s The Queen’s Grocery shop. All their own-label products have a distinctive bluey/green packaging and they have some rather exquisite and traditional Chocolate products. Some really interesting and beautiful Chocolate products, but not all of them are GLUTEN FREE.

SELFRIDGES: The beautiful store on Oxford Street is another premium Department Store who have a huge Chocolate department, just around the corner from their Food Hall with some GLUTEN FREE Chocolate Boxes. And remember the other Chocolate Box Guides include key Chocolate Producers Boxes and easily available Street Chocolate Boxes (including Marks & Spencer, Morrisons, Sainsburys, Tescos & Waitrose.)

So lots of GLUTEN FREE Chocolate Boxes which you can enjoy!

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Other GLUTEN FREE Chocolate Boxes are available (but check the labels for the Ingredients and any warnings the Manufacturers place on them).
  • A separate Chocolate Bar blog post was updated in March 2017.
  • Many UK Supermarkets offer their own-label Chocolate Bars, some of which are GLUTEN FREE but read the labels. (For example: M&S produce a monthly GF listing and provide specific information for Coeliacs).
  • No money, samples or freebies have been provided by any of the featured Manufacturers.
  • This information was correct as of March 2017 and all the links (to relevant manufacturer’s pages) where live when this was published.

If you are a member of Coeliac UK, they produce a comprehensive directory which covers over 16,000 food and drink items (including GLUTEN FREE Chocolate Bars). This is available in a paper-based Manual and online FREE to members of Coeliac UK.
