And this year, attending the Allergy & Free From show, you will have access to the Just V Show ” celebration of beautiful vegetarian and vegan food, drink and lifestyle products” and the Love Natural Love You Show which is “shopping for natural food, drink, beauty, fitness, home and health products”

GLUTEN FREE BREAD: Always a challenge for Coeliacs so new loaves are always something to try (to check the taste as well as the texture!)
NEW Breakfast Artisan Cob (with Sultanas and Orange) by Newburn Bakehouse
This tasted really well and should be on supermarket shelves shortly. It had a winter flavour with the Sultanas and Orange: a yummy breakfast option.
