Since my dietary requirements changed last summer, I haven’t enjoyed a cheesecake for many months so was very excited when at my new Wholefood Market (in Fulham) I spotted this in the fridges. http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/stores/fulham
From the box, it seems the cheesecake has been de-constructed (like a Masterchef dish) and turned upside down as the topping is of light GF crumbs whilst the jammy sweetness is on the bottom of this cheesecake! They travel quite well in the cardboard box with the cheesecake in an individual foil tray. however, when you try to serve, because the lovely blueberry compote is at the bottom, it doesn’t come out cleanly from the packaging.

The creamy cheesy cake mix is lovely as soft and contrasts with the sharpish blueberry fruit. It was interesting to see on their own website that they had turned out the cheesecake (so it was served upside down!) rather than try and extract it from the foil casing. Not sure if I have served mine upside down!? It has milk in the ingredients (which I shouldn’t be eating) but I really enjoyed the creaminess of this dessert. It was something GLUTEN FREE that I loved every mouth of and look forward to my next cheesecake!
